BTS Négociation et digitalisation de la relation client
The BTS NDRC covers every form of customer relations: prospecting and sales negotiation, remote and digital customer relations, and building networks of partners or distributors. Vocational teaching is completed by general studies, a foreign language and economic, legal and managerial culture.

The programme
Curriculum
The national syllabus is built around three blocks of vocational skills:
- Customer relations and sales negotiation : prospecting, preparing and conducting the sales interview, negotiating, managing a client portfolio.
- Remote and digital customer relations : selling and serving customers by telephone and through digital channels, using commercial data.
- Customer relations and network development : running a network of partners, distributors or direct sellers.
General subjects complete the course: general studies and expression, a modern foreign language, and economic, legal and managerial culture.

Admission
Open to holders of the French baccalauréat or an equivalent qualification. As the course is taken on a work-study basis, enrolment becomes effective once a contract is signed with a host company; the school sets out how to apply on its official website.
